Our next Sangha Gather will have as a theme Suffering and Its Causes….from a Buddhist perspective we’ll be exploring how pain is inherent in life, and how suffering is caused by our reactions to that pain – by aversion and clinging. Double Dukkha! Sounds like fun.

We’re just digging into the texts on this, and we agreed that it could be a good idea for us all to do some background thinking/reading/listening on this subject to inform our discussions, and help our practise, if we were able.

Here are some links to some good websites where there is a wealth of resources…………you may like to swim around in them..so much good stuff.
