Un Amour Impossible (An Impossible Love)
French, with English subtitles

It’s 1958 in Châteauroux, a small town in France and a couple takes to the dancefloor to dance to a song by Dalida, whose premonitory words will haunt the forty years that follow this love at first sight.

Doors open at 6.30pm and the film will be shown at 7.30pm.

Tickets (£10) include nibbles and are available online from Northern Light Cinema (https://www.thenorthernlightcinema.co.uk/whats-on/). Please note that on booking you will be asked to choose your seats. Normally sofas and armchairs cost more than standard seats but for our film evenings we have a flat rate of £10 per ticket and we like to hold a raffle to allocate the armchairs and sofas. The raffle takes place just before the film.

We are working with NLC to try to remove the allocated seating for our film evenings but in the meantime we hope you will understand that even if you choose an armchair or sofa seat when you make your booking, you will only be able to sit in it if you win it in the raffle held on the night.
